Open New Proposal, add the client and a short project brief, choose currency, and generate. Docora drafts the full document — introduction, scope, timeline, pricing, and terms. If you’ve saved a default terms template, those terms are applied automatically. Edit anything with rich text before you send.

Send the proposal or share the public link. Clients open a branded page — no Docora account required — and can approve, request changes, or decline. You stay notified, and the document stays editable until it’s approved.
